Mudzuks is exceptionally proud of her new tulips, which burst to life just two days ago.



So proud, in fact, that some hours after this shot, she came inside and insisted that she needed the "real camera." After expertly placing the strap around her neck like an old pro (its a pretty hefty SLR), she proceeded with her own still life.



And this is the one where she said, "Tagad, mamuk, Tu eji stav pie tulpem un smaidi." ("Now Mamuk, go stand by the tulips and smile.") When Mamuks tried to look nonchalant and candid, Mudzuks was adament: "Ne, skaties te un smaidi!" ("No, look this way and smile!") The girl obviously has more than a touch of old Grandpi (a.k.a. Foto Ligers) in her!
