Post x-mas trip to Grand Manan!

Probably the most exciting part of the trip was the wonderously changeable weather (in true Maritime form) - who knew what the tide would bring in...

Like, will it be wet and windy...?




Or sunnily crisp and delightful...?

Or "sea smoky" (a special Maritime sort of fog)....

Or just plain old cold?

Your faithful blogger is about a half year behind, but birthdays must not go by undocumented! (Or does your faithful blogger have a vested interest in simply documenting the cakes?)

So.... a long, long time ago, in a kingdom far, far away.... a little Mudzuks turned six (too old to want a fancy cake, apparently - a suave lavender with a basic jelly heart for the evening soiree, and cupcakes for the kids were a far more mature choice) and a little Vecais turned 4... the perfect age for an awesome four-wagon super extra candiful choo choo!
